What a valet does
Reach the customer
You cycle to the customer on a folding bike, or wait at your spot while a customer drives to you.
Take the car
You scan the customer's QR code, photograph the car from six fixed angles and fold the bike into the boot.
Park it
You drive to our own parking, put the car on its spot and the key in the safebox, and cycle away.
Bring it back
When the customer asks for the car, the nearest valet fetches the key, drives to the spot the customer chose and takes six photos.

Your tasks, the navigation to the customer and the parking, the QR buttons, the safebox code when you need it and the photo guide are all in one app.
What you should know
- Valet accounts are created by the City Valet team, on your phone number. You sign in with a code.
- You are tracked only while you are on duty.
- A valet can go offline only when there is no order running.
