Service terms
Where City Valet works, how your car is picked up and returned, and what happens when no valet is free.
Where the service works
City Valet works in central Yerevan, inside a service zone that we set on the map. The place where we collect your car must be inside the zone.
- With “Come to me”, your location or the pin you drop must be inside the zone.
- With “I come to you”, you drive to a free valet shown on the map.
- The car is returned to a spot you choose inside the centre. If the spot is outside, the app tells you.
How your car is picked up
- You choose your car, see the price rule and pay the first amount up front.
- The valet comes to you on a folding bike, or waits where they are while you drive to them.
- You or the valet show a short-lived QR code and the other scans it. The scan starts the parking clock.
- The valet photographs the car from six fixed angles before it leaves.
- The valet parks the car in our own parking and puts the key in a safebox.
How your car is returned
- You tap “Bring my car” in the app. The clock stops and the final amount is fixed; extra hours are charged to your saved card at that moment.
- The nearest valet fetches the key and brings the car to the spot you chose inside the centre.
- The valet takes six photos again.
- You or the valet scan the QR code, or type the code, and the order is complete.
When no valet is free
If you want a valet to come to you and none is free, the app does not let you pay and says that no valet is available now.
If you ask for your car back and none is free, the order waits in a queue and a valet is assigned as soon as one is free.
Prices, payment and cancelling
The prices are on the prices page, in Armenian dram. A customer cannot cancel an order in the app; the refund policy says what happens when an order does not go as planned.
