Terms of service

The service is provided by CITY VALET LLC, tax number 04471031, state registration number 999.110.1623708, registered at 17 Jivani St., apt. 28, Armavir 0904, Armavir Province, Armenia. City Valet is the name under which the service is offered. You can write to us at info@cityvalet.am.

City Valet is a valet-parking service in central Yerevan. A valet collects your car, parks it in our own parking and brings it back when you ask. You order, follow and pay in the City Valet app.

You sign in with your phone number or your e-mail address and a one-time code. You enter your name and contact details, and you add the cars you want to use.

You can start an order in one of two ways:

• Come to me: the valet comes to your location or to a pin inside the service zone.
• I come to you: you choose a free valet on the map and drive to them.
• The handover is confirmed by scanning a short-lived QR code. The scan at pick-up starts the parking clock.
• Before the car is handed back, the valet takes six photos from fixed angles. The photos are stored with the order.

Prices are in Armenian dram (AMD) and are shown on the prices page. You pay the first amount up front when you confirm the order. Extra hours are charged to the card you saved when you tap “Bring my car”.

When you pay for the first time you explicitly agree that extra hours are charged to that card later. The text you agreed to, the time and the version are stored.

Card details are entered on the bank’s payment page and never reach our servers.
